Alberta Organ and Tissue Donation Registry

Upon receiving your consent the registry will add your donation choices to their records. Anyone over the age of 18 can choose to donate; there is no cost to the individual or their family.  Click here for a Donation Consent form that you can bring in to the Registry Office to become a donor.
